Andrea Burghard has been registered as a lawyer since 2007 and became a specialised lawyer for Employment Law in 2012. She advises and supports in all employment law issues, from legal drafting to the enforcement of interests in court. Her clients include companies, managing directors and employees.
She also specializes in banking and capital market law. As a specialised lawyer also in this area (“Fachanwältin”, since 2010), she represents banks and other financial institutions as well as private investors and advises on banking law issues. During her many years working for a supra-regional law firm in Düsseldorf, Andrea Burghard acquired extensive knowledge in the field of data protection law.
Andrea Burghard has been in the legal tech scene for many years and was significantly involved in the development of a legal automation platform for law firms. She also advises international investors on litigation funding.
